Whitman Council Inc. is a Neighborhood Advisory Council (NAC) that is funded by The Division of Housing and Community Development.

Whitman Council Inc. has been serving the South Philadelphia community since 1977.

We participated in the 3rd Police District Community Day on September 7th!

The 3rd Police District hosted a Community Day at 11th and Wharton Streets on Saturday, September 7th and Whitman Council had a table at the event. We gave out information to about 30 people and had a great time meeting and mingling with our community and local police officers!!!
